Group Training for Mummies on the Sunshine Coast
MILT is specifically aimed at Mummies who really want to get fit, lose the baby flab and feel foxy again! We all know Mummies lead a very hectic life, juggling children, household/work duties and don’t leave much time for themselves. With MILT we understand the importance of Mummies exercising and recognise that sometimes its not that easy to exercise when you have kids! So thats why we have free babysitters on hand to mind your kids while you can work out with other Mummies! MILT also understands that doing the same type of exercise day in day out can be boring and thats why we offer a mix of boxing, circuit and bootcamp on different days. Classes are on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday , Friday & Saturday in parks in Kawana & Wurtulla weekdays at 9.30am & Saturday at 6.30am. During school holidays we run classes earlier, so you can come exercise and leave feeling ready for the day! MILT is an enjoyable way of getting fit, meeting new people and a great way to get motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals!
